Growing up I was always extremely active. Gymnastics was my whole life from the age of 3 until I was 13 years old. I always struggled with keeping weight on, that was something people always commented on all through my middle school & high school years.
I hated looking in a mirror and failed to see any positives in the way that I looked. My senior year of high school I struggled with anxiety and depression, this was my lowest point that eventually made me realize I wanted to see change in myself. My mom got a gym membership that Christmas and we started going together.
The gym helped me mentally before physically. I became addicted to the results I was seeing and kept wanting more. Fitness quickly became my passion, and lifting naturally became part of my daily life.
I’ve finally decided I want to share my knowledge and help women who may be dealing with something similar, create the STRONGEST version of themselves.
